What is the number of college entrance examination students in Henan in 2008?

In 2008, there were 905,000 candidates for the national college entrance examination in Henan Province, an increase of 14.6% over last year's 79 1 10,000. Among them, there are 97,000 art students, 25,000 sports students and 783,000 ordinary students. According to the classification of arts and sciences, there are 355,000 arts students and 550,000 science students. Together with the candidates and counterparts being recommended, the total number of candidates is nearly 1 10,000, which is a record high and still ranks first in the country.
