Who are the Three Heroes and Five Righteousnesses?

"Three chivalrous men" generally refer to Zhan Zhao, Ding and Ding (two chivalrous men and one righteous man). "Five Meanings" refer to Fang Lu, Zhang Han, Qing Xu, mountain rat, Pingjiang and Bai Yutang.
