At the end of Tang Dynasty, Yangzhou became the main settlement of foreign businessmen. Guangzhou is also a trading place for many foreign businessmen. Premier Zhou said that there were 100,000 foreigners in Chang 'an in the Tang Dynasty, and now there are less than 10,000 foreigners in Beijing, which is worse than our ancestors!
