Canteen safety agreement 7 Dear parents:
Children are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. While paying attention to the healthy growth of children, the state has implemented a nutrition plan to pay attention to the health of every child. Ensure that each student eats an egg (55g) and a bag of milk (250g) every day. Our school requires schools and parents to pay strict attention to children's food safety education. Strengthen the awareness of "safety is no small matter", educate children about common sense, pay attention to guiding, cultivating and improving children's self-help and self-care ability to ensure safety.
In order to ensure food safety, the school and parents signed the following agreement.
1. The school guarantees that the food supplied by the supplier is reliable in quality, safe and hygienic, with a long shelf life and a certificate of inspection by the food hygiene quality inspection department.
Second, the school guarantees to distribute milk to students before nine o'clock every morning.
Parents promise to cook an egg at home every morning, and let the students take it to school to eat with the teacher.
Parents are not allowed to change the milk distributed by the school, and are not allowed to eat foreign students at home at will.
If students are found to drink milk at home for breakfast, the school is not responsible for any adverse reactions or serious consequences after eating it.
Six, the school shall not arbitrarily deduct the breakfast food allocated to students. Students must be allowed to eat regularly and quantitatively.
Seven, pay attention to food hygiene and safety, do not eat "three noes" food and expired food, to prevent food poisoning.
Eight, schools and parents found that students have adverse reactions after breakfast, should promptly report to the school nutrition improvement plan leading group, and make corresponding emergency treatment.
The above eight requirements need to be done by the school head teacher and the parents of the students, otherwise they will be responsible. I hope that students and parents will follow it carefully. If parents' safety work is not effective and students do not consciously abide by it, they will be responsible for it themselves, which has nothing to do with the school and teachers. For the safety of your children and the happiness of your family, Wanghe Township Central Primary School formulates this responsibility letter. Parents are urged to actively cooperate. Thank you for your cooperation!
