How to choose the coaching sect?

Many people who expect to learn coaching skills may have a similar question, that is, with so many coaching schools, how should I choose?

I talked to coach Ye Jing before, and her advice was:

I am convinced that if a new partner has similar questions, I will answer ta in the same way.

But interestingly, the trend of this discussion is not less and less, but more and more. And my friends around me also have some discussions and exchanges on this issue. I think it is necessary to write an article to elaborate my understanding and views.

First of all, I think there are differences between different coaches. Just like Wudang and Shaolin, martial arts routines are different. But our eyes can't see Wushu routines, because different coach schools are actually different coach training systems. From the short-term results, it is to defeat the enemy in specific battles, but from a larger perspective, it is actually several sets of cultivation systems.

Secondly, some definitions and standards of ICF, such as eight basic abilities. Many coaches continue to talk about this thing, thinking that this is the common goal of all coaching schools, and I agree with it cautiously. Why do you agree carefully? I don't think we should stop there.

But the routine itself is not important, or not so important. It is most important to keep practicing along this road. So the real significance of the coach training system lies in how many master coaches have been trained. I'm talking about a real master, not MCC.

Master, it's really master. I can't accept it. Every school has its masters, and what it has seen can be described as "worship". I think the choice of sects is more like that of sects. See if people in this Sect want to be part of this system. But don't overemphasize this thing. I don't think the ultimate goal is the eight abilities mentioned by ICF, just like the Agile Manifesto advocated by Agile.

We know (feel) that this is the ultimate goal of the coach. So don't care too much about sects, just choose one and set foot on the journey. Just like yoga, the use of material is beyond material, and the ultimate goal of coaching sects or routines is to become invisible.

So, choose a coaching sect. Be sure to feel the audition class. If you are sure that this training system can't compare with you, then choose. After choosing, let's go this way for a while before we talk.

I have listed several sects here for your reference:

* * * Creative Coach:

Coach Eriksson:

Evolution coach

Coach Paul Jeong (Asian intellectual)

Writing here reminds me of a joke I often share with my students: in ancient Greece, you told others that you were studying philosophy. Others look up to you, but they don't look up to you because you are good. But because you have time and money. Now you tell others that you learned it as a coach. Others respect you, of course, not because you are good, but because you have money and time.

The training process of coaches is time-consuming and expensive. However, the number of people learning this knowledge has greatly increased in recent years, which I think is influenced by the general trend of improving consciousness.

No matter what Sect you choose, remember to really blend in, absorb nutrients ... and turn yourself into a butterfly. ...

Use matter ... and eventually surpass matter. ...
