Some friends want to improve their sense of humor (or "quiet business"), but they can't learn humor-they laugh at other people's jokes and it's their turn to refrain from telling a joke a week later.

How to solve such pain?

The quickest way to learn humor is to imitate it. How can we imitate it?

Let's think about a question first: Why are jokes funny?

The most important reason why jokes make people laugh is accident, that is, the audience (audience, audience and readers) have expectations for something, but jokes and expectations are not the same idea at all.

What is the connection between story 1 and story 2? That is, my brother nodded to show that he would work hard. The connection between story 1 and story 2 is the "connection point". Greg Dean defines a connection point as "something with at least two explanations", one explanation leads to a story of 1, and the other explanation leads to a joke. ("Teach You to Play Talk Show by Hands" P 14)

The connection point of this paragraph is that my brother nodded to show that he would work hard. There are at least two interpretations of a connection point, and the younger brother can work hard in at least two directions, one is to find a girlfriend and the other is to eat steamed dumplings.

Of course, a connection point may have multiple interpretations.

Brainstorming, how to interpret the connection point of "my brother nods to show his efforts", that is, how does my brother work hard?

-Try to pinch my sister's face twice.

-Try to find two girlfriends.

-Trying to squeeze someone else's girlfriend's face

Ask the girl how old she is, and then promise to find a girlfriend twice her age.

Choose one of these funny and unexpected interpretations and replace your brother's words, boss! We want four cages of steamed dumplings! "I imitated and wrote a new joke. If you want to go further, you can change the scenes and characters, so much the better. For example:

The story in this joke 1 is that Black May is sad for falling flowers (someone is imitating Lin Daiyu).

The second story is this sad day when foodies can't wait to eat plums.

What is the connection point between story 1 and story 2? For some reason, it is Heimei who is sad.

How should we interpret that Heimei's sadness is for some reason? -Why else would she be sad?

Find the connection point and brainstorm, and you can imitate and write a batch of new jokes.

There are many ways to interpret "how to see". You can understand it as an opinion on something or as a concrete action.

I have also imitated menstruation's thinking and responded to similar questions:

Once I posted some pictures in my circle of friends. In the pictures, I opened some books on the train to help my friends play games, and my face was covered with sticky notes.

Someone left a message asking, "I want to ask the passengers next to me what they think?"

I replied to her: "Stretch your neck and look!"

This is a reinterpretation of the connection point of "how to see"

If "how to look" is understood as a concrete action, how to "look"? Brainstorm:

According to this "what do you think" connection point, I came up with two new jokes:

It can be seen that according to the interpretation of the connection point of "how to look", a large number of paragraphs can be imitated and written. In the future, when someone asks "What do you think of this matter", your mother will no longer have to worry that you can't answer and ask you to go home for dinner.

The best way to learn humor is to start with imitation. To sum up the imitation routine, there are five steps:

1, find a paragraph you like, and analyze the story 1 and story 2.

2. Find the connection point between story 1 and story 2.

3. Explanation of the connection point of brainstorming.

4. Find a new and unexpected explanation (New Story 2)

5. imitate and write new jokes
