The opening ceremony of the 17th Shanghai Games, with the theme of "'Shanghai' moves youth, 'Sports' nurtures the future", will be held at the Oriental Sports Center on November 18, 2022.

Accompanied by the passionate melody, the flag bearers escorted the national flag of the People's Republic of China and the flag of the 17th Shanghai Games to the entrance. A square formation of 57 delegations from 16 districts and 41 universities entered the venue in order, dressed in neat clothes and marching vigorously.
