Foreword:

Guangdong University of Technology, approved by the State Education Commission, was formed by the merger of the former Guangdong Institute of Technology, Guangdong Institute of Machinery and East Campus of South China Institute of Architecture, 1995, which is a multi-disciplinary provincial key university combining engineering, management and literature. While doing a good job in collective sports, the school strives to build a high-level sports team.

Taekwondo, the national sport of Korea, is a martial art that uses both hands and feet to strengthen the body. It originated about 1 300 years ago. It is said that this martial art was introduced from north shaolin, China. After hundreds of years of research and improvement, it has become today's "Taekwondo". Taekwondo has been officially included in the Asian Games, and the Olympic Games has also been officially included in the Olympic Games held in Sydney, Australia in 2000. China mobilized "Chen Zhong" to win the first Olympic gold medal in Taekwondo 67kg class, so more than 160 countries joined Taekwondo in this century, and nearly 60 million people practiced Taekwondo.

This association is called Guangdong University of Technology (Longdong) Taekwondo Association. It is a student-centered organization led by the Youth League Committee and the Federation of Associations, aiming at enriching college students' after-school life, advocating the martial spirit of Taekwondo and promoting patriotism.

Following the previous year, the Association assisted the Association to successfully perform a number of programs in the fourth anniversary celebration, which was recognized by most students. Now we are preparing to plan a large-scale cross-campus Taekwondo cultural exchange party, hoping to get strong support from our partners!

There are five people in each team, four men and one woman, a total of six groups. According to the regulations, there is only one level: the men's group is below 70 kg and the women's group is below 50 kg.

Competition method:

1. Conduct individual competitions respectively, with two rounds in each competition, each round is 2 minutes, with a rest 1 minute;

2. Individuals adopt KOF single defeat elimination system;

3. Athletes must wear Taekwondo clothes to participate in the competition. Protective gear for competition should be provided by schools;

4. Participants must be Taekwondo practitioners of Grade 7 or above (green belt)

Referee, coach, etc. They are all provided by Sanyuanli Taekwondo Hall, providing competition equipment.

The second part:

Tao-Rigid-Flexible Combination (Partner) Taekwondo Large Party and Award Ceremony

Taekwondo Association is responsible for the preparatory work, including contacting partners, publicity, printing posters, rehearsals, etc. The specific work arrangements are as follows:

1. External Relations Department: responsible for contacting partners and issuing planning documents. Contact the Taekwondo Association of each campus outside the school and send out an invitation letter.

2. Propaganda Department: responsible for printing posters, banners and leaflets (including partner publicity) two weeks before the event, and posting them in the school road for distribution.

3. Organization Department: responsible for the pre-training and rehearsal of participants and performers.

4. Secretariat department: send a request to the school radio station to type the header and prepare prizes, pennants and medals for the party.
