1. Wear personal protective equipment before work.

2. Do not drink and drive, and do not smoke, eat, or chat while driving.

3. Before starting the vehicle, check the sensitivity and reliability of the brakes, steering wheel, horn, lighting, hydraulic system, etc. It is strictly prohibited to drive while sick.

4. Before starting, check whether there are any pedestrians or obstacles in the front, rear, left and right, and then sound the horn to start. When entering or exiting a factory gate, workshop, or warehouse, you should slow down with the signal honk and keep to the right; when passing through an intersection, you should "slow first, look twice, and pass three times"; when meeting cars, you must be courteous "three first" (yield first, give way first, and pass first). 5. The maximum speed of vehicles driving in the factory shall not exceed 20 kilometers per hour; the speed of entering and exiting workshops, warehouses, docks and curves shall not exceed 5 kilometers per hour; the speed in workshops and warehouses shall not exceed 3 kilometers per hour. It is prohibited to drive sideways on roads with a slope greater than 20 degrees. The vehicle is not allowed to be overloaded. When the forklift shovels objects, the lifting height of the shovel shall not exceed 2/3 of the height of the entire vehicle. During operation, the height of the shovel from the ground shall not be greater than 0.5 meters.

6. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to get on or off the vehicle, climb or jump when the vehicle is running or not parked. No more people are allowed in the cab, and no more people are allowed on the jumping boards, shovel teeth, roof, bumpers and other parts of the vehicle.

7. When the forklift is shoveling heavy objects, if you find that the rear or side tires of the vehicle are off the ground, you should stop immediately and stop shoveling. Stacked objects must be neat and stable to prevent collapse accidents.

8. After the work is completed, the vehicle must be braked firmly and turned off. The forklift teeth should be lowered to the ground. When the driver leaves the car, he must remove the key, close the doors and windows, and do a good job of handing over the shift.

9. In the cold winter season, the water in the water tank should be drained when leaving get off work to prevent freezing and cracking.
