Summary of community conscription work

In the summer of 20**, conscription was changed to online registration. In view of the new situation of reform, the Party Committee of Yaohai Community attaches great importance to it. According to the requirements of "quality and quantity", we carefully arranged the deployment and formulated effective measures to ensure the smooth development of conscription work in the whole community.

The first is to strengthen organizational leadership. The community party committee held a meeting on the deployment of conscription work in time, and set up a leading group, with the secretary of the community neighborhood committee as the first responsible person and the militia battalion commander as the concrete implementation, taking conscription work as a key task.

The second is to seriously visit the bottom. Militia battalion commander went deep into social housing and villagers' groups to make a thorough investigation, visited more than 690 school-age youth in the whole community door to door, learned about the basic situation and family situation of school-age youth, and handed over a draft propaganda letter to the school-age youth. At the same time, I will inform the school-age young people who go out to work in time by telephone, text messages and other forms, and call on outstanding young people to actively join the army.

The third is to increase publicity. The community fully publicized the preferential policies for conscription, posted slogans and hung banners on the bulletin boards and main streets of various communities, and used led electronic screens for rolling publicity, which further stimulated their enthusiasm for serving the motherland, guided the majority of school-age youth to love the army and devote themselves to national defense, and actively created a good public opinion atmosphere, making conscription a household name.

The fourth is to optimize the recruitment environment. In the process of conscription, the community conscientiously implemented the regulations and simplified the work flow of political examination. The community and social neighborhood committees took the initiative to contact the police stations and film policemen in their respective jurisdictions, completed a series of political examination work, such as the "Sixth Meeting", education review, and investigation of family members' criminal records, and earnestly practiced the party's mass line work.

The fifth is to strengthen the norms of political review. The community earnestly enhances the awareness of handling affairs according to law and honest conscription, and actively accepts the supervision of the masses. Adhere to the working principles of "strict and strict, meticulous and meticulous" and "who conducts the political examination, who signs and who is responsible", closely follow the key points of the political examination, and strictly implement the "four don't let go", that is, the main family members are unknown, the main social relations members are unknown, my actual performance is unknown, and the transfer materials are not uniform, and excellent young people are delivered to the army with good quality and quantity. As well as serious and honest conscription, young recruits are required to fill in the commitment letter and honest conscription supervision card and take the initiative to accept the supervision of the masses.

Up to now, 35 people in the whole community have signed up for conscription and 33 people have participated in physical examination. Through layer-by-layer screening, 13 recruits who passed the physical examination and political examination were sent to the army, and the 20-year conscription work was successfully completed.
