Do a good job in the establishment of China Agricultural Park, promote the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and successfully establish demonstration counties for industrial integration development and demonstration parks for rural industries. With the "four clean-ups and two upgrades" as the standard, we will carry out comprehensive improvement of the rural environment and create a demonstration county for the classification and resource utilization of rural domestic waste. Explore the innovation of ecological management, and employ more than 300 sanitation administrators, river guards and forest rangers to achieve the goal of long-term poverty alleviation and rural environmental protection.

The sixth is to strengthen supervision and rectification.
