It is reported that Chongqing has included the Chongqing intercity railway via Nanchuan, Guizhou Daozhen, Sinan and Tongren into the Chongqing 14th Five-Year Plan railway network plan. It is recommended that Chongqing extend the intercity high-speed railway to Huaihua, Hunan to form the new Chongqing-Huaihua high-speed railway .
