We must develop complete maintenance files for our production equipment, conduct comprehensive inspections of the equipment from time to time, stop using it immediately if there are hidden dangers, and carry out professional maintenance and upkeep immediately to ensure that everything is foolproof. The equipment must be maintained regularly and documented.
We must not have a fluke mentality at work. Someone may occasionally violate the rules at work and feel that there is no danger in an accident that does not cause casualties.
