Safety first is something that almost every company emphasizes, but in actual work only a few can actually do it. If you want to do a good job in safety management, you must do it well. The following points:

1. Safety education: Safety education cannot just be discussed at meetings, but must be implemented in every detail of the work. When safety hazards are discovered, they must be corrected at any time and at any time, because safety education has the characteristics of preventive and long-term effect. Its effectiveness cannot be immediate, so it requires each of our employees to keep the word "safety" in mind at all times. Follow the strings.

2. Safety measures: Take effective and feasible safety measures in advance and do not make up for it afterwards.

3. Implementation of the system: Implementation of the system is the key to ensuring safety. Only by persisting in every step can we be effective and develop a good habit. We must formulate an equipment management system and a maintenance system.

4. Since the system for punishing violations has been implemented, we must conscientiously implement the phrase "strictness means love, laxity means harm." Anyone with a positive mind can understand what it means. If you want to strictly implement the system, you must be "strict if you follow the rules, and punish those who violate the rules." Strict assessment will lead to endless consequences if the execution power is insufficient or if you are too conciliatory.

5. There can’t be any luck. Even when the workload is relatively heavy, we can’t forget about safety in order to save trouble, worry about trouble, or rush for progress. Security cannot allow others to ignore its existence. It is paying attention to you all the time. Hidden dangers are everywhere, and we can only nip them in the bud by continuously enhancing our safety awareness.

Safe production, the alarm bell is ringing. You must always keep it in mind at work, no matter which position you are engaged in, safety must be the first priority. Only by ensuring safety can you do a perfect job.

I am engaged in the automobile maintenance industry. In my daily work, I must keep a clear head and pay attention to the movement of the car from the moment it enters the workshop. The vehicle needs to be lifted when starting work. The first step is to inspect the lifting equipment. Confirm its four support points one by one, and do not top it crookedly or randomly. When the vehicle is raised from the ground, attention must be paid to the rising condition of the vehicle. Ensure that the vehicle can rise smoothly. If any abnormality is found when the vehicle is rising, it must stop rising immediately and return to the ground to adjust and eliminate the abnormality before starting work. After the vehicle is lifted to the specified height, the four fulcrum points are confirmed again, and the operation can only be started when there are no abnormalities.

Lifting equipment must be maintained and inspected regularly. If any damage is found, management personnel must be notified promptly for repairs. Use must be prohibited until repaired. Comply with the operating procedures of each equipment, do safety work in place, and remember that safe production is more important than Mount Tai.

After studying this case, I have a profound experience. "Safe production, prevention first" is a slogan that can be seen everywhere. But how can we do it? First of all, we must abide by the principle that when managing production, we must manage safety, formulate and revise management plans for production safety, and supervise and inspect the implementation of the system.

Secondly, we must provide practical education and training to our employees, continuously improve their safety awareness, and develop good safety production habits. We must allow our employees to work with certificates and improve themselves through continuous training, assessment, and retraining and assessment.

We must develop complete maintenance files for our production equipment, conduct comprehensive inspections of the equipment from time to time, stop using it immediately if there are hidden dangers, and carry out professional maintenance and upkeep immediately to ensure that everything is foolproof. The equipment must be maintained regularly and documented.

We must not have a fluke mentality at work. Someone may occasionally violate the rules at work and feel that there is no danger in an accident that does not cause casualties. This creates a fluke mentality and forms a habitual violation. Little do we know that many accidents are bloody lessons caused by this repeated habit of violating regulations, showing that people who are lucky enough to violate regulations will sooner or later harm themselves.
