Second, the work situation

(1) Establish basic principles. (3) Holding an implementation meeting. At the same time, the district government office also issued a notice to promote this work, decomposing the objectives and tasks into towns and villages, incorporating them into the annual target assessment, and encouraging hard rewards and punishments. The convening of the executive meeting marks a new breakthrough in the social security work in the housing field, and marks that the pension problem that everyone expects has been guaranteed since then.

(4) Do a good job in organizing and launching. In order to fully and quickly implement the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, Anju District pays close attention to organizational mobilization and policy propaganda. First, a work leading group was set up, with the district head of the District People's Government as the leader and the deputy head in charge, and the main leaders of the district party committee office, district government office, finance, labor and social security, supervision, auditing, civil affairs, public security and other departments as members, responsible for the overall implementation of social endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in the whole region; Towns and villages have also set up corresponding institutions, set up working groups, and confirmed the staff, effectively implementing the four aspects of work responsibilities, capital investment, policies and measures, and service guarantee. (5) Establish a working platform. According to the needs of urban and rural residents' old-age insurance, the "Social Old-age Insurance Administration for Urban and Rural Residents in Anju District" was established in this district, which improved the internal structure, implemented the staff and clarified the work responsibilities; At the same time, various towns and villages have also established agencies, mainly handled by township labor and social security offices, and implemented special office space and service windows, added various office facilities, and equipped with 1? Third, the main results

(1) The work of insuring urban and rural residents has achieved remarkable results. A remarkable feature of the social endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in Anju District is that it adheres to the integration of urban and rural areas, with low entry threshold and coverage of over 90%, which is well received by the masses and high enthusiasm of the whole region. At the same time, the five-year development plan has also been formulated in Anju District. It is planned that through three to five years' efforts, the coverage rate of urban and rural residents in the whole region will reach over 60%.

(2) The social security system in the whole region has been further improved.
