Where is Liu Qingquan from Henan?

Liu Qingquan was born in a small village in Yanling County, Xuchang City, Henan Province.

Liu Qingquan, male, master’s tutor, chief physician, works on the frontline of emergency clinics. He is one of the doctors who has been engaged in frontline emergency clinics for the longest time in China and has made outstanding contributions in this field. .

Liu Qingquan has successively undertaken 6 projects at the provincial and ministerial level or above, and has been awarded the title of the second national hundred outstanding young Chinese medicine practitioners, the first young and middle-aged Chinese medicine doctors loved by the masses in Beijing, etc. In August 2020, he won the 12th "Chinese Physician Award". Currently, he is the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Capital Medical University.

Since graduating from Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1987, Liu Qingquan has been assigned to Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and has been engaged in traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese and Western medicine for more than 20 years. Combining research on acute and critical illness, he studied modern emergency medicine at Peking Union Medical College Hospital from 1995 to 1996.

After that, it took the lead in the domestic TCM field to introduce many technologies such as hemodynamic monitoring, emergency bedside hemofiltration, mechanical ventilation, and intravenous thrombolysis for acute myocardial infarction, which greatly improved the success of TCM emergency rescue. At the same time, we conducted early research on the treatment of sepsis, sepsis multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, and brain resuscitation with traditional Chinese medicine.
