What laws are there against racial discrimination in the United States?

American laws to prevent racial discrimination include the Civil Rights Act and the law bill signed by Obama in 20 16.

The Civil Rights Act stipulates: "In the United States, no one may be refused to participate in federally funded projects or activities, or be prevented from benefiting from them, or be discriminated against because of race, color or ethnic origin."

The bill also clearly stipulates that all projects that receive federal funds through grants, loans or signing contracts must abolish racial discrimination based on race, color or ethnicity, including: primary and secondary schools established, maintained and operated with federal funds should accept any children and should not be treated differently based on race, color or ethnicity; Colleges and universities that receive federal funds and use them to maintain the overall operation of the school or for the construction of special equipment shall not have racial discrimination when enrolling students.
