Civilization and prosperity is a platform for Chengdu Civilization Office to comprehensively improve Chengdu's civilized practice and volunteer service in the new era by using WeChat, government WeChat applet and WeChat group on the basis of Chengdu volunteer service information system. Volunteer Sichuan is the first provincial youth volunteer service management platform in Sichuan Province, which is managed by the Provincial Youth Volunteers Association. The platform has registered more than 2 million volunteers. They are not a system platform, so the duration of volunteers in "Prosperous Civilization" will not be recorded in "Volunteer Sichuan".
