6. Registration method

2. Qualifications of team members: Team members from township and municipal departments must be on-the-job employees of Wanyuan City (team members must be on-the-job employees of Wanyuan City who have worked in the unit for more than half a year). Employees of units affiliated to municipal departments extending to townships (except Taiping Town) can only participate in their township teams (when registering, they must provide the unit certificate and salary roster to the qualification review team. 5. 7. Competition methods

1. The competition shall be conducted in accordance with the latest competition rules approved by the National Basketball Federation.

2. The game consists of 4 quarters, each quarter is 12 minutes. There is a two-minute rest period between the first quarter and the second quarter and the third quarter and the fourth quarter. The half-time break is eight minutes.

3. 1-3 timeout once in each quarter, 2 timeouts in the fourth quarter, and net time in the last 2 minutes.

6. Determine the competition method based on the registration status.

8. Ranking evaluation rewards
