SC is the first letter of the Chinese phonetic alphabet of the word "production", and it is a license sign issued by the Food and Drug Administration.

The numbers in this string represent different meanings from left to right, in which the first three digits represent the serial number type of food, the last two digits represent the province code of the place of origin, the last two digits represent the city code of the place of origin, the last two digits represent the county code of the place of origin, then the four-digit serial number and finally the one-digit efficiency code.
