Regularly work with relevant departments to supervise and inspect the implementation of fire protection, anti-theft, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof and lightning protection measures by the units responsible for protection. Article 14 Scenic area management agencies shall establish and improve scenic area emergency response plans and implement various safety management measures. During peak tourist seasons and temporary large-scale mass gatherings, traffic diversion and personnel evacuation should be carried out in conjunction with relevant departments in a timely manner to ensure the safety of people and property. Article 15 Relevant departments shall seek the opinions of the scenic area management agency when handling the following approval matters in the scenic area:

(3) Setting up landscape lighting facilities;

Units or individuals engaged in construction activities within the scenic area shall promptly clean up the site and restore it to its original condition after the completion of the construction project; any losses caused shall be compensated.
