In the past two days, things have gone wrong. Trademark, such malicious plagiarism is a bottomless violation of business ethics.

As for Xueyang Technology’s accusations, Ping An Good Doctor immediately stood up and denied it, arguing:

The court ordered a compensation of 3 million yuan for infringement of the "Good Doctor" trademark owned by Sichuan Good Doctor Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.

Ping An Good Doctor was originally known as Ping An Health Butler, and later changed its name to Ping An Good Doctor. It more or less borrowed or even plagiarized the brand name of Good Doctor.

The provisions of my country’s Trademark Law are: without the permission of the trademark registrant, it is easy to use the same trademark as the registered trademark on the same kind of goods, or use the same or similar trademark as the registered trademark on similar goods. Behavior that causes confusion is an infringement of the exclusive right to use a registered trademark. From this point of view, Ping An Company's use of "Good Doctor" or "Ping An Good Doctor" directly constitutes an infringement of Good Doctor Company's trademark rights involved in the case, and it should bear civil liability to stop the infringement, compensate for losses, and eliminate the impact in accordance with the law.
