What are some common and easily overlooked irresponsible behaviors in life?

I think people who cross the road without looking at the traffic lights or running red lights are irresponsible behaviors that are common in life but can easily be ignored. Especially the Chinese style of crossing the road that is very popular now. They don’t care whether the light is red or green. As long as they gather enough people, they will cross the road together. In fact, this behavior is very unsafe.
