Changes in my hometown
The roads have been opened, the bridges have been erected, and the lights have been turned on. Changsha has changed so much that it has become a native-born old man. Changsha can't find the way home.
I remember when I was five years old. My mother took me to my grandma’s house to play. When I passed the Wuyi Road, I found that it was muddy, narrow and broken, with yellow mud and garbage everywhere. Moreover, the crowds are so crowded that cars can only move slowly. It often takes several hours to walk here, which can be completed in a few minutes. On both sides of the road are some dilapidated buildings to be demolished and some random advertising slogans.
But things are different now. This road has been built very beautifully and smoothly. You can't see the end to the west and the end to the east. Walking on the sidewalk, waves of refreshing fragrance fill your nose, making you feel refreshed and refreshed. A few steps forward is a large square, which is a square that combines a variety of facilities. It is a good place for people to relax and entertain, and it is also a shining pearl on the May 1st Road.
Not only have the roads changed, but the houses we live in have also undergone earth-shaking changes. As the city of Changsha continues to expand, houses are quickly erected on both sides of the road. According to statistics, there are currently more than 600 buildings with more than 12 floors in Changsha, and the quality of construction is also constantly improving. People are now not only buying houses, but also buying the environment. For example: Tongsheng Lake Villa. Last time, my mother took me there. This community is surrounded by mountains and rivers, has a beautiful environment and complete supporting facilities. It is a dream residence for many people.
Once upon a time, Changsha was so lonely and silent, monotonous and boring. Nowadays, Changsha is full of colorful decorations. Under the interplay of lights and stars, the wide roads and buildings of different styles appear more transparent against the background of various haloes. Changsha gradually takes on the style of a metropolis.
Yes! Changsha has indeed changed. It has become bigger, taller, more beautiful and greener. I love my hometown.
Part 2
Changes in my hometown
From my birth to now, our family has lived in 4 houses, each house has Different history.
Thirteen years ago, a couple came to this small town. They bought a house in Quantang Bay and gave birth to me. This is a small house with only two rooms. That seems pitifully small now. But 12 years ago, it was considered a nice house. The house is well-organized. There is a bed for our family to sleep in a relatively large room. There is only a small and simple sofa beside the bed. This can be regarded as a living room and a bedroom. The other smaller room is used as the kitchen. There is no running water pipe in the house. When you need water, you have to go out to the public water pipe to collect water. Although the house is not very good, a little life was born in this house, and that is me.
Two years later, our family moved. The new home is located in Xinmin Village. This house is larger than the old house, with 3 rooms. This time, there are a lot more things than before. There are running water pipes and toilets, and the area of ??the room has also increased a lot. I don’t know when, there was another swallow’s nest under the eaves of my house. Our family and our neighbors all like the little swallows very much. One day, a little swallow fell ill due to unknown food. Neighbors found out and took the little swallow home to raise. Under everyone's care, Little Yanzi recovered quickly.
In 1994, our family moved to Xinmin No. 2 Village, and it was here that I found my true childhood. There, there are dozens of "loyal buddies" playing day and night every day. Every day from morning to night, people ask me to play. I just went to this house and then that house. And whatever it is, we can play it for a day. Mud can be used to make houses and castles; sand can be used to dig traps and make caves; stones can be used as bombs, and wood can be used to make wars. We can even have a barbecue together. Of course, the so-called barbecue for us children is to use a few bricks and a piece of iron. Cover it, pour some oil, add some chili pepper, then take a hard-boiled egg from home, light a fire below, and start "teppanyaki" on top. Here, we never worry about running out of things to play, it is really a paradise for children .
In early 2000, our family moved to our current house. This house was more than 140 square meters, about 7 times larger than the first house. At this time, the house was also equipped with air conditioning, TV, and There are computers, microwaves and other things, really everything you need. Although there are so many things and such a big house, there is a lot less fun. There are no children to play here. The adults have to go to work and cannot play with me. My grandparents are old and cannot play with me. Even if you want to find some people to play with, it's not interesting at all. Compared to that time in Xinmin No. 2 Village, it was simply a difference between heaven and hell. It’s just like what is said on TV: There are a lot more things at home, but the children have a lot less fun. But I have also grown up and learned to adapt to the environment.
In just 13 years, our family has changed so much, which shows that our life is better. I'm thinking, what will it be like in 12 years?
