Chen Xiaowei (Xiaowei, Chen), female, professor, PhD in English language and literature, currently dean of the School of Foreign Languages, Fuzhou University. He once received a scholarship from the China Scholarship Council to study at the University of Manchester in the UK, and twice won the Canadian Government Research Award to engage in academic research in Canada. He serves as a tutor for master students in English language and literature, master students in translation, and master students in linguistics and applied linguistics at the School of Foreign Languages, Fuzhou University. He concurrently serves as a member of the Translation Theory and Translation Teaching Committee of the Translators Association of China, a director of the Translators Association of China, and the vice president of the Fujian Translators Association.
