In order to facilitate citizens to travel, the public transport management department will reroute and transfer some public transport vehicles during the competition. See the notice of the public transport management department for details.

1. Citizens who live in Qiqi Street, south of Luxun Road and east of Jiefang Road can reach the western part of the temporary control section via Binhai Road and Shengli Road; According to the unified command of the on-site traffic police, it can be intermittently released to the northern area of the temporary control section through Gangwan Street and Jiefang Street.

2. Citizens who live in Qiqi Street, north of Luxun Road, Renmin Road, Zhongshan Road (Zhongshan Square to Jiefang Road), south of Ganglong Road and east of Jiefang Road can reach the northwest area of the temporary control section via Luxun Road (west of March 8th Square), Century Street, Changjiang East Road and Changjiang Road; After Yan 'an Road and Wuwu Road, according to the unified command of the on-site traffic police, it was intermittently released to the southern area of the temporary control section.

3. Citizens living in the area north of Renmin Road and Zhongshan Road can be intermittently released to the southern area of the temporary control section through Dongkuai Road-Dongbeiqiao or Baishan Road, Lianhe Road, Dongbeilu and changchun road under the unified command of the on-site traffic police.

4. Citizens who live in the south of Zhongshan Road (Exhibition Road to Jiefang Road), Gorky Road (Taiyuan Street to Tangshan Street), Tangshan Street, north of Wu Hui Road, and west of Jiefang Road can be intermittently released to the northern area of the temporary control section through the western passage or through Lianhe Road, Northeast Road, changchun road and Xinkai Road according to the unified command of the on-site traffic police; Through Baishan Road, Lianhe Road, Dongbei Road and changchun road, according to the unified command of the on-site traffic police, it can be intermittently released to the southern area of the temporarily controlled road section.
