The word "closed loop" comes from PDCA cycle, also called "pdsa", which is a model put forward by American management scientist Dr. Deming. Management closed loop includes planning, execution, inspection and action. Deming pointed out that PDCA is a spiral knowledge growth model, and each layer is an independent PDCA cycle; The result of more than one new round is a known condition, so it is getting closer and closer to the ultimate goal at the top of the spiral structure.

From our daily life, a closed loop is to accomplish one thing. For example, what I usually hear is praising a person for reading music, that is to say, he "has an explanation for everything, a landing for everything, and an echo for everything." It may sound insignificant, but it is very important for the early development of a person and an enterprise. At the beginning of his business, Zuckerberg posted a slogan on the office wall of Facebook-completion is more important than perfection. This code of conduct aims to motivate every employee to deliver goods on time and act quickly.

Closed loop is so important that it seems not difficult to realize, but why is it so scarce in real life? It is not easy for a person to be reliable and an enterprise to deliver goods in time. According to observation, there are four main reasons.

First, it is difficult to form a closed loop.

Second, it is difficult for individuals or enterprises to form a closed loop.

? Third, people who don't want to get their hands dirty, who are only responsible for strategy and refuse to work hard, naturally can't complete the closed loop.

? Fourth, people who insist on perfectionism and want to try every route and find the optimal solution. This way pursues high quality and has its positive side. But in many cases, because it is difficult to find the optimal solution in a short time in real life, its operating cost is too high. Perfectionism is prone to delay and hinder the completion of closed loop.

? For the requirements of completing the closed loop, you can refer to the famous "ant colony algorithm". Mastering PDCA cycle makes us move from "fixed thinking mode" to "growth thinking mode".
