1. Report the information in advance. All people who intend to enter Thailand and return to Thailand from outside the province should report to the community, unit, property service enterprise and hotel where the destination is located 3 days in advance. Those who have arrived in Thailand within 14 days should report to their communities, units, property service enterprises and hotels in a timely manner, and be managed in a timely manner according to the current epidemic prevention and control policies.

Strictly restrict people from medium and high-risk areas from coming to Thailand, and implement 14-day centralized isolation and 7-day home health monitoring for six types of high-risk personnel, such as close contacts, sub-close contacts, people who overlap with the time and space trajectory of infected people, "simultaneous space" accompanying people, people from medium and high-risk areas and people who have been to or passed through medium and high-risk areas, and people in closed management areas around the world; Personnel from counties where high-risk areas are located are suspended from coming to Thailand, and if they really need to come to Thailand, they will be quarantined for 7 days and monitored at home for 7 days after arriving in Thailand; Personnel from other counties in prefecture-level cities where high-risk areas are located do not have to come to Thailand unless they really need to come to Thailand. They must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct a nucleic acid test again after arriving in Thailand. Conduct a nucleic acid test for people who live and work with six categories of high-risk personnel and those who have lived in the county where the middle and high-risk areas are located within 14 days. Personnel in high-risk posts outside the county should try to avoid coming to Thailand. If it is really necessary to come to Thailand, they must meet the requirements of being out of work for more than 14 days and holding negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours, and report to the destination village 3 days in advance. It is recommended that those who come back to Thailand from outside the province without epidemic situation should go to the nearest medical institution for a voluntary nucleic acid test after arriving in Thailand. In case of emergency, the personnel coming to Thailand in the key areas identified shall implement the prevention and control work according to relevant requirements.
