What unit is the market supervision administration?

The Industrial and Commercial Bureau is now renamed as the Market Supervision Administration. The full name of the Administration for Industry and Commerce is the Administration for Industry and Commerce. On March 20 18, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce was no longer retained, and the State Administration for Market Supervision was established. The new market supervision and management bureau includes the functions of the original department and exercises the functions of market supervision and management.

The main duties of the State Administration of Market Supervision are to be responsible for comprehensive market supervision and management, unified registration of market subjects, organization and guidance of comprehensive law enforcement of market supervision and unified anti-monopoly law enforcement.
