What should I do if I see sensitive information printed next to the printer?

1. Find the printer icon in the lower right corner of the computer screen, and then double-click the icon with the left mouse button.

2. The Print List dialog box will appear, prompting you that the printer is printing documents.

3. To cancel this document, right-click it, and then select "Cancel" in the pop-up drop-down list.

4. At this point, there will be a new prompt whether to delete the document. Just click "Yes". After a while, the document will disappear from the list, indicating that the printing instruction of the document has been cancelled and printing will not continue.
