From the height of building a harmonious society and ensuring social stability, we should fully understand the significance of doing well the visit, condolence and relief activities during the Spring Festival, always keep the safety and warmth of the people in need in mind, combine the send warm activities during the Spring Festival with the in-depth study and practice of Scientific Outlook on Development activities, and take solving the life problems for all kinds of difficult groups during the holiday as a major event to ensure the effectiveness of the holiday condolences and relief activities.

2. Strengthen organizational leadership. Under the unified leadership of the Street Working Committee and the office, the visit and relief activities are led by the Social Affairs Section, and all departments of the organs, communities and villages should coordinate and cooperate, clarify their responsibilities, and ensure that all measures for the visit and relief activities are implemented. The choice, standards and expenditure of all kinds of condolences are arranged as a whole, and the management is relatively balanced to ensure openness, fairness and justice.

3. The funds are in place. All communities and villages should mobilize and organize various forces and resources, extensively raise funds for relief and sympathy, and form a situation in which the government and society * * * help and interact with each other. Consolation distribution should be signed for the record, and the signature form must be signed by the head of the household or family members, and the contact telephone number should be kept. 4. Intensify publicity.
