(3) Resettlement Planning Department

Manage the relocation and resettlement work in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area;

Supervise the implementation and adjustment of the resettlement plan in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, Promote economic development and social stability in the Three Gorges Reservoir area;

Manage the construction and supervision of the Three Gorges resettlement project, resettlement scientific research, protection of cultural relics in submerged areas and relocation areas, environmental protection and geological disaster management arranged in the resettlement budget funds, etc. work and participate in coordinating the prevention and control of geological disasters in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.

(4) Technology and Equipment Department

Organize and coordinate major revisions to the preliminary design plan of the Three Gorges Project and controversial technical issues;

Contact the Three Gorges Project Supervise and manage project construction quality, equipment quality, and construction safety, and contact the relevant work of the Three Gorges Project Quality Inspection Team;

Coordinate the scientific and technological research, autonomy (localization) of high-tech and major equipment of the Three Gorges Project, and International bidding and other work;

Study and coordinate issues related to the operation and management system of the Three Gorges Project and comprehensive dispatch plans for flood control, power generation, and shipping of the Three Gorges Project.

(5) Department of Economic and Technical Cooperation

Study and propose policy recommendations and specific measures for the corresponding support of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area by relevant provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and relevant central departments across the country, organize, coordinate and Promote counterpart support for the resettlement work in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area;

(6) Resettlement Coordination Department

Study and propose policy recommendations and related management measures for the resettlement of relocated residents of the Three Gorges Project;

Coordinate the resettlement of relocated residents Planning work, preparing annual resettlement plans for out-migration residents and providing guidance and supervision on implementation;

Coordination and handling of relevant issues in the out-migration work.

(7) Reservoir Management Department

Study and propose relevant systems for the management of the Three Gorges Reservoir, and coordinate the management of the Three Gorges Reservoir during the construction period of the Three Gorges Project;

Study and propose the Three Gorges Reservoir Management System Reservoir water, soil (including sink area), shoreline resource management and policy recommendations for post-resettlement support;

(8) Inspection Department

(9) Supervision Bureau
