The reporter searched and learned that since August 2009, a netizen with the ID "Niwa 11" has been frequently uploading information to major online forums. Posts with similar content have not attracted the attention of netizens because the title creation and post format do not conform to online reading habits. The relevant posts of "Niwa 11" also revealed some corruption behaviors of Lu, and left an email address indicating that he was willing to be interviewed by the media.

The introduction of Lu on the official website of the Luohe Municipal Government shows that from December 2004 to May 2006, he served as deputy secretary of the Linying County Party Committee. From May 2007 to the present, he has served as the director of the Cultural Bureau of Luohe City, Henan Province. The time period mentioned in the post matches; the mobile phone number that sent the text message is 1363395××××, its location is Luohe, and its registered name is Lu×.

Based on the posts and related human flesh content, netizens deduced two versions of the “Director’s SMS Gate.” One version believes that the development of the incident is as follows: the ID "Niwa11" who posted in 2009 and the ID "tiantianheixue" who posted recently are the same person. In 2007, after the organization department talked to "tiantianheixue", no reply was given. "tiantianheixue" then posted a message online to express his grievances. Because the title of the post was not shocking and the content had "no pictures, no truth, no pornography, no violence," it never received any attention from netizens.

Another version believes that the content of the online post is untrue. Lu had a good relationship with the poster and sent him the indecent text messages in the online post. The two later had conflicts and the poster So I made up such a story around the indecent text messages to discredit Lu.
