You can view the operation method of cloud service backup:

1. Go to the "Cloud Service" APP-Device Cloud Backup-Backup Data Type-Select the data to be backed up-Back to the previous page-Back up now-to back up the relevant data; Turning on "Automatic Cloud Backup" will back up relevant data every 7 days when the device is charged, connected to WiFi and locked.

Device cloud backup can back up system data (including desktop layout, alarm clock and some setting options), call records, short messages and applications (only backup installation packages, excluding data generated by applications).

2. Enter the "cloud service"-data synchronization-you can turn on the data switch to synchronize. After opening, the data in the cloud will remain consistent;

Data cloud synchronization supports data such as photo albums, contacts, atomic notes/notes, schedules, browser collections, blacklists, etc.

3. Enter "Cloud Service"-My Cloud Disk-Click "+"in the lower right corner-Select the file to upload-Upload-Wait for the upload to be completed.

Cloud disk supports uploading pictures, videos, audio, documents, WeChat files, QQ files, software installation packages, compressed packages and other files.

Recovery method after backup:

1, enter the cloud service-device cloud backup-backup management and data recovery-click the backed-up data-recovery-wait for completion;

2. Enter the cloud service-My Cloud Disk-click the file to download-and download it locally.

3. After "data synchronization" of cloud service is turned on, data will be added, modified and deleted locally, and corresponding operations will be synchronized in the cloud.

(1) In device cloud backup, a device only keeps the latest backup data, and after each successful backup, it will overwrite the old backup data saved in the cloud.

(2) The data of post-it notes can be transmitted to atomic post-it notes, but the data of atomic post-it notes cannot be transmitted to post-it notes.

Cloud service synchronization album rules:

Synchronization is limited by equipment temperature and power. Specific synchronization rules are as follows

Establish the following conditions: only WLAN synchronization is allowed by default when the synchronization switch is turned on, network conditions permit, power and temperature rise meet; Synchronization is not allowed under the data network, and the switch needs to be turned on manually.

Front desk:

1) Manual synchronization: users actively trigger synchronization by pulling down photo pagination or album pagination;

2) Automatic synchronization: Click the desktop icon to trigger the photo album.

Backstage:

1) Automatic synchronization:

A) Triggered when the screen is closed to meet the temperature rise condition during charging; When the mobile phone stops at high temperature, it will enter heartbeat mode, detect the temperature every 2s, and trigger synchronization again when the conditions are met;

B) In the case of foreground condition 2), entering the photo album from the desktop will automatically trigger synchronization in the background.
