QQ unfreezing method

If the QQ account belongs to the following freezing methods, please follow the following instructions:

1, change the secret to cancel:

1) Use a browser to visit the QQ Security Center website: aq.qq.com, and choose an account to unlock according to the prompt, modify the password or fill in the information for authentication. After the password is successfully modified, the password can be cancelled.

2) Mobile QQ-Search for "QQ Security Center applet", select the account to be unsealed, and resume the account use according to the prompts.

2. SMS Cancellation: The unfreezing page will prompt a random code, such as "JF 1234". Send a random code to the designated port number with any mobile phone number to verify the cancellation.

3. Time release: Time freeze cannot be released in advance, but will be released automatically after the time is over.

4. Publish friend guarantee: Please use QQ Security Center applet or mobile browser to visit QQ Security Center official website: aq.qq.com. After entering, select the account to unlock, and invite qualified QQ users to scan the code to assist verification according to the page prompts. If the verification is successful, it can be released.

Warm reminder: non-QQ friends can also help unfreeze.

5. Face verification cancelled: Please log in to QQ, enter your account password, click Login, and follow the prompts on the page to verify your mobile phone and face. If the verification is successful, it can be cancelled. Note: If the first face record is thawed successfully, it needs to be thawed in the same way if it is frozen again, which is consistent with the first face record.

6. Cancellation of real-name verification: Please log in to mobile QQ, enter your account password, click Login, follow the prompts on the page, and cancel after real-name verification according to the prompts.

7. Face+real name verification cancelled: Please log in to mobile QQ, enter your account password, and click Login. Follow the instructions on the page and select the process. After the real name face verification is successful, you can log off.

8. Unprotected: Please log in to mobile QQ, enter your account password, click Login, follow the page prompts, jump to WeChat applet according to the page prompts, click for details and unprotect, and choose Cancel according to the page prompts.
