Open the high-speed rail butler on the mobile phone, enter the default interface of butler, and click the personal center below.

In the order details interface, you can see the detailed information of tickets, such as departure station, terminal station, fare and so on. Click the corresponding refund and change button. If a refund is required, click the Refund button.

After entering the confirmation interface, click the Confirm Refund button. You'd better reconfirm the ticket information and don't refund the wrong ticket.

After the refund is successful, the software will have a pop-up prompt. Return to my order interface to refresh, and see that the status of the refunded order has been adjusted to refunded.

At the same time, 12306 will send a text message to the mobile phone, prompting that the ticket has been refunded.

Change conditions

The new regulations require that the change of train tickets for ordinary trains must be handled before driving.
