What is the reason for the suspension of disk backup in Alibaba Cloud?

Automatic stop is the network card. When the network is stable, it will automatically back up. Check whether there is a problem with the network connection. Alibaba Cloud disk can't be backed up, mainly due to the abnormal state of Alibaba Cloud server, illegal operation of Alibaba Cloud server and insufficient account balance.

Solution to abnormal disk status in Alibaba Cloud: Check whether the server status in Alibaba Cloud is normal (running or shut down). Check whether the Alibaba Cloud server can log in normally through vnc.

Solution to illegal operation of Alibaba Cloud server: Check whether there are illegal operations on Alibaba Cloud server during backup, such as reading and writing data, unloading hard disk, shutting down, etc.

Solution to insufficient account balance: check the account balance and recharge it in time if the balance is insufficient.

If the Alibaba Cloud server still cannot be backed up after the above investigation, please record the investigation results, relevant log information or screenshots of each step of the inspection process, and then contact the service desk in Alibaba Cloud to provide technical support.
