Can I change my driver's license in Tangshan?

You can apply for a replacement driver's license directly at the vehicle management office in different places. According to the new driver's license regulations that came into effect on April 20 16 1, the driver's license can be renewed in different places, not necessarily in the place where the driver's license was issued.

According to Article 35 of the Administrative Measures of the People's Republic of China on Motor Vehicle Driving License, the driver of a motor vehicle shall apply to the vehicle management office where the motor vehicle driving license is issued within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driving license. When applying, an application form for a motor vehicle driver's license shall be filled in, and the following documents and vouchers shall be submitted:

(a) the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver;

(2) Motor vehicle driving license;

(3) A certificate of physical condition issued by a medical institution at or above the county level or at the regiment level. To apply for driving a small automatic passenger car for the disabled, a physical condition certificate issued by a specialized medical institution designated by the Provincial Health Department shall be submitted.
