How to pay by Hellobike, cash or scan code, or Alipay scan code?

Cash cannot be paid. Use it first, and then end online payment. If you use Hellobike APP, there are payment methods such as WeChat and Alipay. If you use Hellobike in Alipay, you can only use Alipay to pay.

Here I take riding behavior as an example to see how Hellobike pays.

The first case: how to pay the unpaid order?

1, APP platform

Step 1: Open the Hello APP on your phone and click on mine.

Step 2: Click on My Order.

Step 3: Find out the order that needs to be paid and make payment. The payment method can be WeChat or Alipay, or you can use the balance (there is a balance recharge tutorial below).

2. Alipay platform

Step 1: Open the mobile phone Alipay, click more, and click Hello in the convenience life.

Step 2: After entering the Hello platform, click on mine.

Step 3: Click on My Order, find the order to pay, and then pay.

The second case: how to pay after taking the bus?

1. After riding in APP mode,

Step 1: Open the Hello APP on your mobile phone and click on the bus.

Step 2: Choose a bicycle or moped according to your needs, and then find a car.

Step 3: Click the scan code to unlock. If you can't scan the code, you can enter the car number to unlock it.

Step 4: Click I want to return the car after the ride, and choose WeChat or Alipay to pay after returning the car. Of course, if the account has a balance, it will be automatically deducted (as mentioned in the balance recharge tutorial above)

2. After Alipay bicycles,

Step 1: Open Alipay, click More, and click Hello in the convenience bar.

Step 2: Find a car, and then click Sweep.

Step 3: After riding, click I want to return the car, and then pay with Alipay.

Please pay in time after riding, otherwise it will affect the next car use. But if you don't pay next time, you will be prompted, and you can continue to use it after paying.
