How to set the contents of the drop-down list

1. Open the target excel table on the computer and find the data for which you need to set the drop-down option. Here we demonstrate that it is the rank column that needs to set the drop-down option.

2. Then find a blank column, enter the four grades to be filled in (A/B/C/D), and hide these four letters if necessary.

3. Then select the column for which you want to set the drop-down option level, select the "Data" option in the menu, and click "Validity" in its page.

4. Then, in the interface that appears, select "Sequence" in the validity condition column, and select the four-level area entered in the second step in the source column.

5. Click OK to return. After completing the above settings, you can set the drop-down box options in the Excel spreadsheet.
