The SMS notification service has not been opened, and I have been receiving account change messages from ABC.

Reason 1: The mobile phone number of other customers may be registered incorrectly during the process of industrial and commercial registration;

Reason 2: It may be that other customers opened the SMS notification service before, and later cancelled their mobile phone numbers, but did not cancel the SMS notification service in our bank. Customers who buy this number again will receive an account change message that has nothing to do with it.

When banks keep mobile phone numbers such as online banking security authentication, handheld banking, SMS banking, SMS service, etc. If you find that your mobile phone number is occupied by others (including receiving short messages from others by mistake), you can apply for deleting duplicate mobile phone numbers in other customers' names at any business outlets in China with your valid identity certificate and proof of holding your mobile phone number. Mobile phone number holding certificate includes the following two types:

1. If you hold the mobile phone number for three months, you must hold the mobile phone payment list issued by the operator for three consecutive months;

2. If you hold the mobile phone number for less than three months, you must hold the information receipt issued by the operator when purchasing the number as proof.
