Control area: Buildings 5, 6 and 8 of Yuelong Waterfront Garden, No.22 Courtyard Head, Zhutang Village, Hegang, and store 4 of Jinyide Commercial Plaza, spicy beef offal. Implement the management measures of "people don't leave the area, things are different peaks, and they don't gather together".

Precautionary areas: Zhutang Village in Hegang and Yuelong Waterfront Garden Community. Implement the management measures of "strengthening social control, strictly limiting personnel gathering, and not leaving unless necessary".
