How to recover Huawei's SMS?

Send a text message to check the message, and try again. On the detailed page of the message, click Store to enter the detailed page of storage, and then click the clear cache button to restore the function of the short message.

1. Open the mobile phone to enter the home page of the mobile phone, locate and enter the setting app, and enter the main page of the setting app.

2. After entering the main page of Setup app, select the application option at the bottom of the page and click the small arrow on the right to enter Setup.

3. After entering the application management main page, click the application management option at the top of the page and click the small arrow on the right to enter the detailed settings.

4. Enter the application management, you can see a detailed list of all applications, click the search bar at the top of the page, and search for the required app in the search bar.

5. Here, search the input information app in the search bar, select the search result, and click the small arrow on the right to enter the settings.

6. After entering the information details page, click the storage option in the middle of the page and click the small arrow on the right to enter the details page.

7. On the information app details page, click Save to enter the storage details page, and click the clear cache button to restore the SMS function.

Precautions:

1. If the problem persists after clearing the information cache, please try to restart the phone.

2. Before clearing the information cache, please clear the background application first, and then clear the cache after trying or failing to open it.
