Service Description: Hefeixin is a basic communication service provided by China Mobile under the collaborative environment of 4G network and 2G, 3G, WLAN and 4G networks. Product forms include native terminals, mobile APP clients and PC clients. And Fetion (Unified Communications) can provide some communication services for mobile phone customers of other domestic operators, with less available functions than China Mobile.

I. Business function fee:

1. In the free network environment, register as a Fetion customer, and download and use the basic functions of Fetion (sending text, voice, video, pictures and other messages), voice calls, video calls, multi-party calls and other functions for free through the Internet;

2. In the charging network environment (including mobile data networks such as 2G/3G/4G), there will be a certain network usage fee, which will be collected by the network provider. Please consult the network provider for details.

Second, the SMS fee:

1. When China Mobile customers use Fetion to send messages to China Mobile customers and convert them into short messages, the short message fee is exempted;

2. When China Mobile customers send short messages to customers with non-Chinese mobile phone numbers and convert them into domestic short messages, they will be charged a short message fee (tentatively 0.0 1 yuan/article); When switching to international SMS, international and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan SMS charges will be charged by article (tentative 1 yuan/article);

3. Fetion mobile customers send short messages to the extension number of 12520 or 12520+, which will generate short message charges, which are the same as those of local short messages.

2. Multi-party calling: Use Fetion PC version, Android version and iOS version to make multi-party calling without function fee. The charging standard is the same as the current mobile data charging standard. 2. Non-China mobile customers use 2G/3G/4G networks and Fetion Android /iOS to communicate with friends. (2) International roaming or roaming in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan:
