No organization or individual may use the telecommunication network to produce, copy, publish or disseminate information containing the following contents:

(a) Violating the basic principles stipulated in the Constitution;

(two) endangering national security, revealing state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;

(3) damaging the honor and interests of the state;

(4) Inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;

(5) sabotaging the state's religious policy and propagating cults and feudal superstitions;

(six) spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;

(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;

(8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;

(9) Other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 58

No organization or individual may commit the following acts that endanger the security of telecommunication networks and information:

(1) Delete or modify the functions of the telecommunication network or the data and applications stored, processed and transmitted;

(2) using telecommunication networks to engage in activities of stealing or destroying other people's information, thereby harming the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(3) intentionally making, copying and spreading computer viruses or attacking other people's telecommunication networks and other telecommunication facilities in other ways;

(four) other acts that endanger the security of telecommunications networks and information security.

Article 59

No organization or individual may commit any of the following acts that disrupt the order of the telecommunications market:

(1) Operating international or Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province telecommunication business without authorization by renting international telecommunication lines, erecting special exchange equipment or other means;

(two) stealing other people's telecommunications lines, copying other people's telecommunications code numbers, and using telecommunications facilities or code numbers that are knowingly stolen or copied;

(3) Forging or altering valuable telecommunication business vouchers such as telephone cards;

(four) using false and fraudulent identity documents to go through the formalities of accessing the network and using mobile phones.

What are the solutions for local shutdown?

1. Call the operator's customer service first and ask the reason for the shutdown. If it is confirmed that it is a local downtime, the customer service staff will tell which website or business hall can handle it;

2. If the telephone customer service doesn't give the solution, take my ID card and number and go directly to the nearby business hall for business;

3. According to the previous customer handling experience, this kind of problem is generally encountered. You only need the unit to issue a work certificate, and then go to the business hall for re-certification, and you can restore the machine.
