The current savings card of Minsheng Bank does not charge an annual fee. There is no handling fee for inter-bank withdrawals locally, and there is no handling fee for Minsheng in other places. Cross-bank transfers cost five yuan, and there are no handling fees for nationwide transfers. SMS reminders are free, and there are no small account management fees.

1. Debit card: As far as debit cards are concerned, Minsheng Bank’s debit cards do not charge annual fees, small management fees, or production fees.

2. Credit card: Minsheng Bank’s credit card has an annual fee, and the annual fee is different according to different credit card levels. Under normal circumstances, the annual fee for a regular card is 100 yuan per year; the annual fee for a gold card is 300 yuan per year; the standard platinum card is 600 yuan per year; and the operating platinum card is 1,800 yuan per year. Supplementary cards of these credit cards only charge half of the annual fee of the main card.
