Forgotten payment password can be retrieved by retrieving the payment password, and the bound mobile phone can also be retrieved by other means.

Retrieve payment password:

1. Log in to Alipay Personal Center and find the account setting point.

2. Click Account Settings to open the following interface. Find the payment password and click the reset button behind the payment password.

3. After clicking Reset, the following figure appears. Choose the password reset method according to your own convenient way. What you need is: mobile phone verification SMS, ID number, scanned copies of the front and back of ID card, question password, etc. Here I choose SMS verification+ID number verification;
