Generally speaking, as long as blood donors keep their contact information or mobile phone number, they should send qualified short messages within one week. If the blood is unqualified, they will call me.

It is also possible that there is a problem with sending short messages in groups, or that there is a mistake in the work of blood stations.

I donated platelets once in May recently and didn't send me a text message a week later. I sent a text message to the mobile phone number of the blood station asking about it. I quickly called back, saying that the staff made a mistake, misremembered the number, and apologized, indicating that the blood donation was qualified.

Blood donation again after 14 days (platelet donation can be 14 days). It's been ten days now, and I haven't been informed. I will ask about the quality of work in the blood bank again.
