Campus card doesn't answer the phone. Can you get the message?

Campus cards can receive short messages.

As long as there is no arrears on the campus card, even if we can't answer the phone, it won't affect our normal reception of SMS.

Generally speaking, receiving SMS by mobile phone is a free service. As long as our mobile phone keeps the signal normal, there is no arrears, and sometimes we can even receive text messages when there is arrears.
