How does Apple iPhone6s Plus block spam messages sent by strangers?

Apple iPhone6s Plus intercepts spam messages from strangers as follows:

1. Open the SMS of iPhone6, then enter the page to view the received spam messages, and then click the details in the upper right corner, as shown in the figure below:

2. After entering the details, if you need to mute the notification of this conversation, just turn on the Do Not Disturb mode below, as shown in the figure below.

Note: After the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on, the SMS sent by this number can be received normally, but there will be no ringing reminder.

3. If you want to completely block this SMS number and do not receive such advertising information, you can click the I icon behind the phone number, then choose to block this incoming number, and finally confirm the operation of blocking contacts, as shown in the figure below.

Note: Setting it as a blocked contact is equivalent to adding this number to the blacklist, and you will not receive any SMS or phone harassment from this number in the future.
