Check third-party dialing software

Check whether the third-party dialing software is installed in the mobile phone. If so, please check the software settings or try to uninstall the software.

Replace SIM card

If no other dialing software is installed, it is recommended that you try to replace the SIM card to eliminate the problem of whether it is a SIM card.

Update the mobile phone system version

If it doesn't work, please update the mobile phone system version (note: please back up the data in the device before upgrading).

Restore factory settings

If it is the latest version, please back up the data (contacts, photos, information, etc. ) and try to restore it to the factory settings.
